    Quite possible the lowest scum of the earth. Someone I know purchased a vehicle here. They literally drove it off the lot and the vehicle died not even a few miles away. The owner then asked the customer to pay for parts, which was wrong since the car had just been driven off the lot that day, but the customer really needed the car so they paid out of their own pocket for the parts.
